Mechanical Engineer

• Develop and refine production procedures to optimize the use of materials, labor, and equipment 

• Perform detailed inspections and diagnostics of motor systems to identify mechanical faults and performance issues 

• Overhaul and refurbish motors, including disassembly, inspection, replacement of parts, and reassembly 

• Overhaul and refurbish motors, including disassembly, inspection, replacement of parts, and reassembly 

• Analyze motor performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize system efficiency 

• Ensure that all repair and maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards. 

• Communicate with clients to understand their motor-related issues and provide technical support and
  advice
   

Skills to have : 

• 5+ years proven experience in a production engineering role, preferably in electric motor manufacturing or a Fabrication Industry 

• Diploma or BE – Mechanical  

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control standards 

• Should have knowledge of measuring equipment’s 

• Should have knowledge of materials and their properties
