• Responsible for Strategic Planning & Leadership 

• Providing Financial Planning & Analysis quarterly and yearly basis 

• Hands on experience in Budgeting/Forecasting/Cost Control and Risk Management 

• Plans and Installs Accounting/Taxation/Internal Control/IFRS systems 

• Contribute to the achievement of the company’s business objectives by providing advice and guidance on financial strategy. 

• Provide assistance and in-depth analysis on Mergers & Acquisitions 

• Provide Management reporting/MIS 

• Audits transactions for legality and sufficiency of funds 

• Responsible for handling the Working capital flow in the organization 

• Audits transactions (Statutory/Tax/Internal) for legality and sufficiency of funds 

• Reviews Corporate re-structuring 

• Monitor external contracts and services provided by suppliers to ensure that these are operating effectively and provide the best value to the company. 

• Carry out all necessary actions to ensure that the company meets its financial and legal obligations. 

• Direct and control finance staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and developed and so that they carry out their responsibilities to the required standard. 

• Provide financial advice and guidance to the company’s managers and staff to enable them to achieve their objectives. 

• Oversee the preparation of the company’s financial accounts to ensure that these are presented accurately and on Time  

• Develop and implement an internal audit programme to ensure that the company complies with financial procedures and regulations. 

• Renders assistance to all auditors during their examinations 

• Provides counsel to department heads regarding accounting Cost management and budgetary policies, procedures and reporting 
  

Skills to have : 

• In-depth understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation and bookkeeping 

• Hands-on experience with budgeting and risk management. 

• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models. 

• In-depth understanding of taxation laws, keeping abreast with various amendments & statutory compliance. 

• Proficiency in accounting softwares.
